We cook with fresh vegetables. Americans don't get enough these days. We're out to change that.

The politics are against us. The meat and dairy lobbies are working hard to ensure that we eat as much meat and dairy as possible. No matter what the research says.

Big soy and corn are also hard at work, pumping overly processed foods into the market, resulting in cheap, fattening foods that leave us feeling hungry.

Our goal is to get fresh vegetables inside your body. We know that one day this won't be such a radical idea and our name will become a nostalgic footnote but until then we will buck the system by making affordable, convenient and yummy foods, without animals, hydrogenated fats or preservatives.

Take that big Ag!

Hi Staci! I love, love, LOVED the cake and everyone else did too! The chocolate cake was to die for - or should I say to live for? :) It went FAST though and not many people got to try it - I think next time I'll ask you for ALL chocolate. It was such a hit. Several people asked me for your contact info, so I'll give it to them if it's okay with you. And I'll send along the cake pictures as soon as I can including the oh-so-spontaneous one of you and I exchanging the cash. (Pics are on my home computer)
